FAQs
When are you coming to my city?
We do have a schedule for all next years games however if enough interest is created is a city the schedule can be adjusted. Just put your city as a comment on our socal media.
Are the prizes always the same?
Prizes are based on the local currency and are going to increase as the games get more interest.
How do I get an influencers code?
Influencers codes are provided directly by the partnering influencers and you need one to sign up as it is part of the winning reward.
Can I play if I join after the hunt has started?
With aim to be fair to all players we have restricted the sign up period and can only sign up before the game starts.
We have also restricted the amount of extra clues to 3 per account and don’t allow for multiple accounts per person.
Can I get a refund?
Absolutly! If for any reason your plans change and don’t want to participate on a game ask the team for a refund by email at Info@treasureX.co.uk and you’ll get it with no questions asked.
Can I play in a team or is it solo only?
We encourage players to form alliances and describe the competition to others. After all, bracing rights are part of the reward.
